Keep Takin', Keep Fakin'.

I am hungry.

--

1 week and my keypad screws up,
got a new set ystday,
and it hung this morning.
2 weeks with it and i've yet to transfer my contacts!
But I'm not gonna connect my phone to my lappie anytime soon.
It scares the shit out of me.
[But I still love you (: ]

Foot-steps Loud & Strong Going Down The Hallway.

On shuffle,
but I keep hitting the forward button for the right song
to suit this mood I can't define.
No, not emo.
But those light hearted, contentment with the simplest things,
kinda feeling.

More stuff came through the mail today,
Exclusive invitation:
my future has been signed, sealed, delivered,
and will be signed, acknowledged, attended to.

& for a strange reason,
I have a sudden affection towards my lappie tonight,
I don't feel like switching it off.

Real Deal?

Ohamgee, we cannot stop laughing. Haha

When it Rains, it Pours.

If there was something I'd always wanted to do,
it'd be to join a big scale Amazing Race.
But not so big as the Amazing Race on AXN kind.
One, because I'm probably not at that standard yet,
Two, because I hate the publicity.

THIS is totally the perfect chance,
but the date is just soooooooo wrong.

So for all you fellow aspiring Amazing Racers wannabe,
go join! I think it'd be fun.
Sounds fun! (:

It Never Gets Easier.

I believe it has reached a point where what I've been experiencing is the perfect epitome of the Chinese saying,
"yi chang huan xi, yi chang kong."

Don't make me start,
on the list of "false hopes" I've been given since Sunday.
It won't end,
and I'm slowly getting convinced they just aren't meant to be anybody's but the bin's.

This is such an urgent issue, involving not just one person,
but four. (or at least 3, if the last decides to shirk all responsibilities, which already seems so)
And it doesn't just involve human relations,
but a huge sum of money, and other minor roles.

How did something so small lead to this so major.
I'm being bugged by something which originally is not of my concern,
I'm losing my spirits over someone else's mistakes,
And I might just lose a friend over another's irresponsibility.

How can there ever be a person of such disregard to verbal agreements,
should everything really be written in Black & White, with small prints of terms & conditions?

Like I told Z,
this is a favour turn disaster.

I can't believe this,
really.

Okay, balls,
I just realised that my life isn't that boring afterall.

I'm just self censoring all my fun and convincing myself, Life suckxxxx,
because I spend 60% of my time at work,
BUT EH. WHY I SO LIKE THAT.
Why nobody slap me.

I'm so excited to see what time I wake up tomorrow since I'm still awake at 1:35.
If I wake up at 7:40 again, I will ....

Okay crabby has a fun comment thing on her blog but I'm presuming no one reads my blog anymore so I shall not do it. Hah.

GOOD MORNING.

Happy Birthday, my dearest childhoodie toocoolforschool artist graphic designer.

Throwing A Tantrum, Won't Get You Attention.

The door ticks away,
as if competing in a game of Fastest Fingers First.
The monitor glares,
like the sun rays in my eyes on an early Sunday Morning.
The alerts sound,
like the warnings of the oncoming danger.
The fingers move,
like cars in a need for speed.
The brain expands,
like a sponge absorbing the water.
The heart pounds,
like an angry gorilla breaking free from its cage.

My vision blurs,
like a restriction,
or an uncertainty?

Invisible Walls Of Separation.

Last week,
"Can I borrow your white skinny belt?"
"Sure, just take it (: "
"Tks. =* (the kissing smiley)"

A few days ago,
"Can you pls buy breakfast on ur way home? Tks. =*"

Today,
"Cia, y u tag me? I'm already in tagged. My friend tagged me some time ago."

Okay, that's my Mom for you. She kisses me via her sms and she's cooler than me.

No comfort, No spirit, No victory.

(Damn, server sucks today, I can't upload pictures)

So far, this week at work has been sucky.
Not that anything bad happened,
I'm just not in the mood for it.
TGIF, faster come!

But thank God for after-work plans, they always make me feel better(:

--

Crabshack on Monday was yummy and good,
I definitely wanna go there again!

---

Was so excited to leave work early yesterday, R vamp very nicely volunteered to pick me up from the bus stop (hate lonely walks into school), picked up my favourite charsiew and taosa baos on the way, watched the first half of the boys' match (WELL DONE LA, MY FAVOURITE LEFTY ON YELLOW BOOTS) , soaked in the amazing feeling to be back, Home.

Amazing indeed, but something was amiss.
I've been constantly saying how much I miss this period of the year most- The Sports Season.
It's when studies all come second to sports, and classmates, school spirit, TEAM, is numero uno. We'd rather skip lessons than to miss the big game, rather get into trouble than let a classmate play without our support.

But yesterday, when I went back, the gallery was not even half as filled as it used to be in Malan. The crowd present, wasn't half as enthusiastic as we were in Malan.
Only about half the crowd present, were Saints.

I don't know how it's like at other matches, cos this is the first I've been this year,
and it was disappointing. R said Polo matches were all right, there were councillors,
but none were present yesterday.
It's worse, considering the game was held in school, you know?

--
My first training since Feb yesterday welcomed me back with a frigging slam against my face by a newbie J1's blind toss.
It was pissy, yet sad, because I was more worried of what my coach would be thinking.

The initial ten minutes of training after warm up was terror,
drop balls, off footings, sucky passes.
Gawd, we're terrible.

And on a selfish, and childish note: HOW UNFAIR. The juniors get the Old Team Sa shirt! (By feedback, school has decided to revert back to the old one.)

I wanna bake myself something tonight, but apple pies are so tedious and confusing! Boo you.

P/s: If like me, you've heard rumours about two certain teachers (esp My Gp teacher, and My PW teacher) dating,
THEY'RE NOT.
Whoever started it, shame on you. Haha.

Where did You go over the Weekends?

Time by Phil Well: 1 hr left
Things I've been doing: Applying lotsa cream, drinking carrot apple, allowing my butt to ache, feeling my face crack, having my fingers freeze, trying hard not to sleep, applying more cream.
Things I'm gonna do: Apply more cream, fall asleep, finish my carrot apple, have my butt grow big, prevent my face from cracking, apply my cream.
Things I need to do: Apply more cream, drink more water, eat less Jellybeans, walk around more, move my fingers, exercise my brain, sleep earlier, apply more cream.

Yesterday, Mom and I speed-shopped at J8, entering the malls at 845pm, and leaving it at 925pm, with 1 dress, a top and a skirt totalling up to 120$.
I paid for everything,
I told her it's all right.
OUCH MAN.

It's A Small Small World.

Well, Mings was showing me a map she drew for Wanyi, about her connections to her Xing xing,
and then we decided to adopt the whole L Word idea of drawing all the connections.

But then we decided that, just drawing, would be too confusing,
so we decided to link up 2 random people who don't know each other.

And she chose yours truly, and a J2 tracker, Ying Jing. (If you see this, which I doubt you will, sorry we chose you, if you take any offence! Heh)

Here goes!

Wow, You're hot! Like, literally.

Oh my tian,
neither Calistar, nor MamaDao is online at work today.
I foresee time is gonna crawl like a crippled snail.
That's if snails can even be crippled.

I am looking forward to dinner.
Fly time, Fly!
I am a true blue red crabby (cooked crab shell vs meat inside) meeting a fellow crabby, eating crabs. WHEE.

So, should I get THIS PHONE?

Dying Thoughts Of A Paper-Backed Writer (Wannabe)

{EDITED}
Hi, my life is mother boring.
More boring than words can describe.

So I shall not allow my lack of vocabulary to further emphasise my bored boring life.

Spent my Easter with 2 groups of people, the first, included one who woke up at 7:55am, when we were supposed to meet at 8am, but rushed down by 8:10 am. Amazing.

The second, was 2 people who refused to take photos with me, but allowed me to take photos of them. Weird.

---

Monday was dinner at BotakJones with Mr (soon to be) Botak (Jones)Wong.
I told you he's an Ahbeng. And we nearly got lost, hilarious!

----

Bao (- Seef) on Wed, when I called to ask where they were, I had the shock of my life, "Fish & Co".
Sorta objected so we went Crystal Jade (Yay, Chinese Food!), squeezed through Bugis St. minutes before it closed, with Alicia's classic, "Can I go to the toilet first?"
And holding up workers of Ice Monster cos we went at 22:08 when they shut at 22:00. Oops. But we helped them make quite a bit of business.

----

Impromptu lunch with the Patrick Star on Thursday, who braved the rain, and found her way to the "agar agar building" (Look like agar agar meh!). Yummy nasi lemak, plus milky-enough-Iced Milk Tea, and more walks in the rain. My brave pain-from-needles survivor!

---

Then dinner, with THREEOFUS,
#1: Hair-py with Hair.
#2: I'll let you figure what the picture is for, but hint: Don't look at us. The background's more interesting. Especially the backdrop of the person in the background.
#3: Ah Lian/Beng/Hui in the making, yoh!
#4: random
#5: The difference between a Dancer, a soon-to-lose-his-sanity armyboy, and an Athlete.
#6: Hungry. (Pong, you see that? NO SMOKING)

Food there was somewhat disappointing, but I'm willing to give it a second try. Haha.
But I hate Western! Shall wait for the craving.

---

This auntie damn slow! Called at 3:52pm saying she ended work, called at 4:40 something, "Oh I'm at Boon Keng already"
Pictures 2, 3, 4 are stages of our durian fest,
and we blasted 38$ on those 3 durians man.
The last picture is happyhappy durian smiles with durian shells!
All right, photo captions another day, I'm lazy.

--

The success of a younger generation, usually depends on that of the previous.

Because skills, experiences, advice, are usually passed down from one to another.
So when one fails, do you blame the failures,
or their mentors?

Is it their incompetence,
or the mentor's insufficient guidance?
Or worse, the mentor's over helpfulness.

We're sorry to hear this,
I really am.

---

The Sun is amazingly hot today! I like, I like!

I'm burping durians and tomyam soup, they taste like Peach Vodka.

I sold my N6680! I'm so lost without it, all my memos are written on scraps of paper, and my phonebook is empty!! (cos I'm lazy to copy it).

PHILPHATPHLABBY

Monday was Dinner #1,
at Botak Jones,
simply because, we were celebrating JWONGJJ's soon to be Botak-ness.
Plus, Dessert turn Drinks@FoodCourt,
and SUNSHINE. ( I liked the movie, though it was somewhat confusing at some points. But, Cool show! Haha)

Dinner #2 yesterday, at Spaggedies (?)
Well, 'cos we are skinny like spaggheti! (I'm kidding)
I swear I'm not as skinny/scrawny/thin/everything opposite of FAT,
as you think I am.
I had a traumatising experience this morning trying to put on a pair of jeans!
Seriously.

Dinner #3 later, venue yet to be decided.
But I have a hunch it'd be Crystal Jade.
It means something to Us, no?
Would have suggested Clarity's, but I've had enough Western.
Let's remember our roots, hah.

Dinner #4 tomorrow: pasta cafe? Or Outback in Millenia.
Steak, yummy juicy steak. For a really last meal as a civilian.

Friday = Dinner #5 = NO MORE MONEY.

I predict, I predict,
I will spend >$100 on food, no make it Dinner, alone this week.
Ps: I haven't taken my Saturday and Sunday into consideration.

Edit @ 1407
Okay, I just got back from lunch, THAI FOOD, YUM. Nearly bought ice cream from TOM'S PALETTE (Y) but I didn't. Heh.

Smart Talk.

They say it takes two hands to clap,
Yes, that's what you told me too.
But I'll tell you,
even the hands get tired of clapping.

It has thus decided to just leave itself stationary suspended in the air,
"I give up,"

Out Of Words.

(edited)
One Year Ago, This Year,
"Let's show our BRACES!"
The SWEETEST ever.
Oh Yes, incidents worth remembering on the way to Zong's,
Incident No. 1:
"That guy looks like he's going for the party."
"Oh yeah, and he's walking in that direction too!"
**
Then at Zong's,
"Hey, seems like the red shirt guy isn't here afterall."
"Oh yeah, hahaha."
Moments later, he walks out from the toilet.
"Omg, hahaha"
Incident No. 2:
"Oh no, what if we really bump into them while we're walking in?"
"Actually I think they'd cab in."
"Well, okay. I'll just check to see if they're alighting from any bus."
And while walking,
*FREEZE*
"Ohmygawd, do you hear a cab?"
"Ohmygawd, yes."
"Ohmygawd, the cab stopped."
"Ohmygawd, do you think it's them?"
"Ohmygawd, I don't know!"
*turns around slowly*
"I SEE TIFF, I SEE TIFF!"
"Ohmygawd, let's runnnnn!!!"
*scrambles into some side road which leads to houses
"Eh wrong one, wrong one!"
"Okay, nvm, let's hide!"
And so, we called Tiff,
and YES IT WAS THEM.
BUT Zong was blindfolded, and had Ipod shoved in his ears so he couldn't hear.
Phew,
In the end, the minor tip off wasn't caused by us!
Happy Birthday, Zong.
You are BLESSED indeed. In all ways. (:

Sun/Mon at her balcony (we wanted to include the stars in the sky, but yeah a little too ambitious)

-----

Today, I wanted to shop but didn't get much,
visited Central and felt more like we were in an abstract building with Harry Potter escalators that connected across the buildings,
went To The Left, To The Left to Chinatown,
left my poor company bored and clueless and dizzy among the shimmery beads and charms,
transported back to old times sitting in coffee houses having traditional Chinese desserts,
shopped at Auntie places,
came home and gorged myself stuff,
watched A Walk To Remember,
continued picking photos up from the floor cos they're falling off again and again,
renamed my music files (this time on WMP) for better orientation,

ROAR.

Foreign.

Gosh.

I Must Have Left You At Home,

This is how my week passes:

Monday: Omg, sian.
Tuesday: Okay, once it's Tuesday, the rest of the week will pass fast.
Wednesday: Hooray, mid week.
Thursday: Yess, today's gonna pass fast and it'd be the weekends.
Friday: I SMELL THE WEEKENDDS!

------------------

So we dined as PS (Project Shop) Cafe at Paragon yesterday. Yummy food(: and Excellent company, where the waiter felt strangely familiar to Piuzy. I thought Crabasking Dingwhat her real name is, was really classic, and yes, we didn't take any photos ): Pity.

Hong Kong Cafe on Monday. (Where THREE's a company, FOUR's a crowd? HAHA!)
Been trying different outlets all the time, but the food is either too oily, or too salty. And waiter, there's a fly in my soup iced milk tea. >=(
We took photos, yes we did. Too many times before we could fit all 3 of us into a picture perfect shot. Hilarious.

Oh yes, and I want to openly declare that,
NGHUEYSIISABITCH.
And just for the records, she's NEVER sitting in my car when I get my license.
Whether I pass on the first attempt or not. NEVER!! nyehnyeh.
I can't wait anyway. 1 more month!!

Note to Self: Evening bus lane hours have changed from 5pm to 8pm.

Ps: Okay I decided to try the adsense thing. If you're nice, please just click on it! Apparently, it helps you earn money. I've no idea how it works. Just thought I'd try. (: HAHA.

Perfection Like a Cherry on top of Your Sundae.

Having an early lunch today cos I'm not feeling well,
and I'm eating lunch in cos Sing's at Camp and Kai met another friend.
Got this in the mail today and it made me feel better, in all ways.

----
In kindergarten your idea of a good friend was the person who
let you have the red crayon when all that was left was the
ugly black one.

In first grade your idea of a good friend was the person who
went to the bathroom with you and held your hand as you
walked through the scary halls.

In second grade your idea of a good friend was the person who helped
you stand up to the class bully.

In third grade your idea of a good friend was the person who
shared their lunch with you when you forgot yours on the bus.

In fourth grade your idea of a good friend was the person who
was willing to switch square dancing partners in gym so you
wouldn't have to be stuck do-si-do-ing with Nasty Nick or Smelly Susan.

In fifth grade your idea of a friend was the person who saved a
seat on the back of the bus for you.

In sixth grade your idea of a friend was the person who went up
to Nick or Susan, your new crush, and asked them to dance with you,
so that if they said no you wouldn't have to be embarrassed.

In seventh grade your idea of a friend was the person who let
you copy the social studies homework from the night before that you had.

In eighth grade your idea of a good friend was the person who
helped you pack up your stuffed animals and old baseball but
didn't laugh at you when you finished and broke out into tears.

In ninth grade your idea of a good friend was the person who would go to a party thrown by a senior so you wouldn't wind up being the only freshman there.

In tenth grade your idea of a good friend was the person who
changed their schedule so you would have someone to sit with at lunch.

In eleventh grade your idea of a good friend was the person who
gave you rides in their new car, convinced your parents that you
shouldn't be grounded, consoled you when you broke up with Nick or Susan,
and found you a date to the prom.

In twelfth grade your idea of a good friend was the person who
helped you pick out a college/university, assured you that you
would get into that college/university, helped you deal with your parents who
were having a hard time adjusting to the idea of letting you go...

At graduation your idea of a good friend was the person who was
crying on the inside but managed the biggest smile one could give as they congratulated you.

The summer after twelfth grade your idea of a good friend was
the person who helped you clean up the bottles from that party,
helped you sneak out of the house when you just couldn't deal with your parents,
assured you that now that you and Nick or you and Susan were back together,
you could make it through anything,
helped you pack up for university
and just silently hugged you
as you looked through blurry eyes at 18 years of memories you were leaving behind,
and finally on those last days of childhood,
went out of their way to give you reassurance that you would make it in college
as well as you had these past 18 years,
and most importantly
sent you off to college knowing you were loved.

Now, your idea of a good friend is still the person who gives you
the better of the two choices,
holds your hand when you're scared,
helps you fight off those who try to take advantage of you,
thinks of you at times when you are not there,
reminds you of what you have forgotten,
helps you put the past behind you

but
understands when you need to hold on to it a little longer,
stays with you so that you have confidence,
goes out of their way to make time for you,
helps you clear up your mistakes,
helps you deal with pressure from others,
smiles for you when they are sad,
helps you become a better person,
and most importantly
loves you!

Last night was dramatic. But I thank God for Feiiers.

We Didn't Ask For This.

Interprete this picture,
and Figure what I'm trying to put down in words,
But am unable to.

Flying Ducks and Dying F(l)ucks.
I'm so gonna be murdered tonight.
