Cos I'm the One who Loves You lately,

I remember exactly one year ago,
when it was the last day of the school term; the CCA Fair in school,
you came running in late,
us skipping the entire days' worth of lessons,
lost in our own time spent in the caf,
by the pillar and that faithful table under the green banner that read, "For Girls Who Dare",
I remember sobbing in your shoulders, over some silly reasons,
and you were my pillar of strength then, though you were going through a very tough ordeal yourself.

I remember the friendly we had (without you) that went well, cos we won 2 out of the 3 matches. And I was happy, cos I tried.
You weren't there, but I remember you rejoicing together with me, wherever you were.
And I remember when I was caught between letting my team down, or letting a friend who needed me then, you said you'd support me no matter what.

And I remember how you never left me that day, and shared my excitement over fhb's presence (haha, remember?) and calming me down when I was all flustered at the end of the day.

And it was then, that we decided to make this day, 10th March, ours.
We may have hell lots of ugly moments, but you know, it's that which does not kill that makes us this much stronger.
Like I told you in the message,
the only difference this year compared to the last, is that I love you so much more.
