Relax, Take It Eeeeeee-zeeeeeeeee.

For there is nothing that we can do.



After a near 2 week absence from exercising (not forgetting 3 week absence from Touch), I ran again tonight.


A different route for the first time, that literally sucked my life and every fluid in my body (including my brainjuice), leaving me light headed.

We ran the reverse of the entire campus and the slope was steefuckingeeep and looobloodyooong. It seriously is a damn good example of MIND OVER BODY, like how I was telling Eli; you want to give up so badly but once you stop, you lose your momentum and starting again would be so much worse. And once you're over it, there's downhill for the recovery, so you don't even need to stop.

It's just getting through it. Mind over Matter, push and force yourself through it.

Cheesy as it sounds, it hit me that we really have to get to the top to see what's on the other side. And most of the time, it won't disappoint. Well, at least it didn't for me tonight.
