Happiness Lies In Your Future, Not Your Past.

Soooooooooo, TWO very important people in my life are back.
Feels like there's finally some sort of normalcy. Phew!

Important person #1: MOM !!
And with her, she brought a huge ass box of FOOOOOOOOOOOD.
Amongst which is my box of Tausa piahs for the team, another box for the Kia Sai,
some of Daddy's favourites, and for her friends and more and more.

The picture doesn't do the amount of food stuff she brought back justice, I swear.
So anyway I have more pictures of FAMILY LOVE from Penang which she took for me after I left.
Godma (whom looks so much like Mom) and Godbrother! The model wannabe again (My current wallpaper, super cute please)
Sarah, who's normally camera-shy, yet she posed so Mom could show her favourite korkor in Singapore. (No, not my brother)
_________________________

Important person #2: SEEF !!
Bao; I love escalator shots! :D

Check out the expiry date. Germany gummies that are shaped like their 'Go!' walking man and 'Stop!' man. (But can't really decipher the shape =( )

Random toilet shot, which was quite funny cos everyone was doing their own thing.
Sheryl's artpiece. (We concluded there is never one meal she doesn't play with leftovers)My ultimate happy pill pleasant surprise who suddenly pounced on me while I was walking through Citylink.
----------------------
And introducing to you the latest model of the Platypus mouth (A new way to shut overly enthusiastic kids up)

Btw, after an embarrassing debate infront of the ticket lady, we decided to heed Griz's advice and catch Get Smart over Zohan. Thought it was pretty good tooo. Funny with a storyline. A little cheesy and some points but niceee.
Plus, Kuishimbo buffet for lunch. =)))

Every Breath That You Take, Breaks My Heart.

Not much photos from the trip, but with what I have;

Roller Coaster.

This ride made us dizzysick.

I thought it was Small Pau, so I wanted to eat it.

My mom was so happy that day =D

Madness in the car
Sherilyn
Sarah
Isn't she the sweetest thing?

My two baby S
"I'm a model!"

And back to reality;

They will so kill me if they know I posted this.
Last night:
Stayed up to watch Euro, Spain vs Italy.
As usual, fell asleep halfway through second half, but woke up in time for the last few minutes of extra time and penalty kicks. I hate half time commercial breaks cos it's what makes you sleepy even though you weren't.
Sidetrack, I think the Spain goalie looks like Orlando Bloom :D
This morning:
I woke up with gastric. Wait, I could barely sleep? =(

Currently:
Phil needs to straighten out her thoughts.
And,
Ding, ILY.
Blogger should have emoticons.

Of City Lights and Family Love.

Weiyann's attempt at being artistic. (Okay, I know my nose is flat, Gdine shh)

So yeah I'm back and finally used to the idea that I'm back.
I share this love/hate relationship with escapes because I need them,
yet I hate the after effects.

Took me two whole days to re orientate myself and find my place again, makes it sound as though I've been gone for months (Imagine if I were to leave for exchange, hmm...)

Spent a good four days (maybe less) in Malaysia; KL and Penang (for 24 hours, hah)
Caught a movie every night for the first two days since it was really cheap and, we didn't exactly have anything else to do when the shops closed.
Kungfu Panda and Hulk! Kungfu Panda was seriously hilarious, good show for laughs I guess (: Hulk, on the other hand, was a typical Marvel movie? But who doesn't like Superhero movies right. (:

We probably wasted more time travelling than anything else; arrived in KL close to 3, spent the entire Wednesday afternoon travelling up to Penang (we reached at 7) and the journey back to Spore took approximately 10hours.

We probably also wasted more money than ever; forfeiting one nights hotel stay, our coach ticket back from KL for our coach ticket up to Penang, paying for ripped off taxi rides which we still thought was cheap (compared to Singapore, hah hah), shopping for the sake of shopping when they weren't any cheaper than back here, paying 75rm each for 3 rollercoaster rides and 2 pointless rides, spending too much, way too much on food, but I daresay the only thing we do best is eating. (Yes, I know, fattening!) If any consolation, our hotel was pretty well located among the malls so we could walk to almost anywhere.
Oh, and we swam for like, half an hour too.

Food; we had Starbucks upon arrival, Dunkin' Donuts, pretty good Thai food for dinner, breakfast was hotel buffet. We tried TGI-Fridays because Singapore doesn't have it, ate Secret Recipe cos it was much cheaper. Visted Hainan Town cos if we don't, we'd regret it (haha). And immediately after dinner we went down to Pulau Tikus (Rat Island!) for supper, char kway teow, ice kachang, satay, gosh. Old Town for breakf cos they have unique toast and white coffee (which, I found out today, exists in Singapore!) , tried Paddington's House Of Pancakes cos ... my Aunts decided to (but it was pretty unique and the menu is seriously overwhelming), and forced Baskin Robbins down our gut cos we just HAD to. Dinner on the last day was pathetic cos we were rushing for the coach (which, in the end left at like 9pm!) and dabaoed Macdonalds. So I'm sick now because of the Spicy Beef Foldover I had. =(

Shopping was the least fruitful, there wasn't much to get. Maybe we didn't know the right places to go or something, but I barely saw stuff that caught my eye =(

The 24 hours spent in Penang (including sleep time, which took up about 7 hours?) was chaotic. We waited to rush and rushed to wait; but we had to since we were "squeezing so many days itenary into 24 hours" (quoteunquote Aunt).

Fell asleep while talking to Shan who was more energetic than we were (it was about 2plus am) and woke up the next morning to knocks on the door at 7am to wake him up for school.
830am; I heard the door open, and silence. Then I heard her shoes against the wooden tiles. "Good morning! Good morning!" as she crawled into bed and kissed us good morning.
Then the elder followed into the room greeting us good morning.
It happened only once, but I probably miss that moment the most.

We picked the girls up from school after brunch, had an insane moment with the two at the backseat of the car (btw, Sarah puked when we reached home). Rushed to Queensbay (I think it's their biggest shopping mall) then rushed to pick Sherilyn on the way back. No, we had to wait for her cos she refused to do her work! >=(
By the time we got back we barely had time to shower nor eat, we just had to pack and kiss goodbyes to the little ones and leave. =(

So yeah, as posted earlier, the fucking coach abandoned us (and two other individuals) at Woodlands Customs. We had to make 1890352 long distance phonecalls involving the Singapore Gu.nungRa.ya branch which wasn't linked to the Penang one and more more complications you could never think of. We cleared Customs in less than 10 minutes (thanks to the biometric system!) but waited for more than an hour though we clearly saw the bus leave.
IN THE END, we spent unnecessary time and money cabbing back. =(

In any case, we hope we can get our sweaters back somehow. (It will heal half my broke heart) Seems like the bus is returning to Singapore tomorrow morning and our sweaters are still on it.

Had dinner with Shai, Maya, Melz and Yanns that very night of return.
Was too sick and tired to be active actually. But we had a good time anyhow.
Shai wants to go waxing one day. Heh heh.
On the way back, Y and I were overly engrossed with our conversation that she missed her stop. Heh.
Oh And Melz, if you see this, I expect a House Warming anytime sooon!!

***
And now, I hate falling asleep because, I always end up with freaking weird dreams I cannot fathom.

PS: My handphone is screwwwwwed. =( So I'm using a bimbo bright pink phone now, please don't mock meee =(
PPS: THE BEST FRIEND IS BACKKKKK!!

Traditional, with a Brand New Touch.

My heels didn't give me any problem at prom,
but today they gave me two blisters, only when I was on my way home.
I'm like damn tmd pissed I'm posted to KAMPONG GLAM,
I muttered, wheredafuckisthat, when I was signing my attendance sheet.
I was honestly tempted to appeal for a nearer location, or maybe the one Ame is at,
but I told myself, to trust God and that he'd have something in store for me.
Despite the hostility among co-workers (let's hope it's cos it's the first time we're seeing each other) and terrible first impressions (snail alert), I am staying optimistic and I shall look forward to the hectic weeks of no-life life ahead.
I guess the good news is, I'll still be seeing E, W, and F at OrangeTee, faithfully each week. (maybe except for a few thursdays)
And of course, not forgetting Mr. Intimi-Seanlookalike-dating Ryan Lee.

-

Christabel quit working at Donut Factory just recently.
This officially ends my free donuts (on top of those I get) and queue jumping for ordering/collecting of donuts.
Well, there's still Sheila, but I didn't even remember her when she approached me 2 years ago during some random Touch Tryouts, so I do not deserve her help.
But looking on the brighter side, with CNY around the corner, and Bel now working for some Chinese Tea place, maybe Parents would want to get Chinese Tea (for any random reason) and I might still get privileges.

HAHA, I'm really, just kidding.

Some random photos:
Fireworks we saw right infront of us just before I left for Airport, and US at the airport. Sucky shot. ):

Swensen's.

Hmm.

Another very long (in both ways) overdued post ;

(23rd dec-30th dec)
Sooooooooooo,

We headed straight down to Mama's cos that's where almost everyone is. When I walked in, Aunt M. literally walked past me, and talked to my cousin behind me, "Where's Philicia?". Then I smiled at my Cousin-In-Law-to-be who smiled back rather faintly, and waved to my Godma who took 5 or 6 seconds to wave back.
By then Aunt M. caught up and said Hi to me. And all unanimously said, "You look so different, I can't recognise you!" (Okay, I got that alot during my trip)

Personally, I don't think I look very much different apart from the braces and terrible complexion compared to the CNY of 05, where we last met.
Aunt M. asked S how he could recognise me and he went, "Of course la! She's my cousin you know?" But we've been webcaming and sharing photos la. Haha.

Some cousins changed along the way, like how Shan has become alot fatter and contrary to his expansion, Fat Dennis was anorexic (?) and is now super skinny, Kennieth has cut his hair short and isn't as good looking cos he outbreak-ed but his girlfriend is still constant, unlike Shawn's. Syl got himself braces (yay braces buddy!), Jesper's speech has improved alot, Jesamin jie has given birth again to a Baby Boy (but I didn't see the baby boy), Sherilyn is so pretty and lovely and she can talk now, Sarah bullies Sherilyn and I don't like it.

I remember entering the kitchen to say hi to Aunt Ruby, and she just said Hi in an extremely bo chup manner til Shawn had to ask, "You cannot recognise her ah?"
And she went, "Omg! I thought you were Shawn's new girlfriend!"
Okay, I don't know if being his girlfriend is a compliment or an insult. HAHA.

Though I already ate at the airplane, I love the food at Mama's so I ate again(:
Then we had the mini gathering at Coffee Bean (minus Shan & Ves) and something tragic happened.
Back home, Shan was chased upstairs to sleep, so the remaining 3 of us immediately sprung into a "Com`on, time for updates!" catch up session, which went on for hours until fatasS started falling asleep so Ves & I started experimenting with his finger (cos his laptop is fingerprint protected and guess what, it's orange!)
We stayed up til 3+, 4 where we also witnessed S sleepwalk to the toilet.

Us: "Go back to your room to sleep!"
Him: "Huh? What?" *walks back to the bed and sleeps

And we had one good hard laugh. And the next morning and the next next morning and every other day.

On Christmas eve, I took Shan and Syl out to the nearest shopping plaza (ironic how I'm the visitor but I brought them out cos I had greater authority!) so Syl could shop for his gf's Christmas gift(: Thankfully for Sri, she sent us there cos Shawn went missing so we didn't have to walk there.
Anyway, Sri is the maid, but she's like family. She has worked for 7 or is it 9 years and I've not seen a whole family place so much trust in a maid before. But like Aunt M. says, "She's like family." We all really like her anyway. And she is really given alot of authority in the house.

After shopping, we went for Coffee Bean Session #2 (The starbucks there SUCKS. I don't know why) where Ves & I invented our PHILVESTER drink which consists of Mocha+White Chocolate Dream+ LOTS & LOTS of chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon powder. YUM =D It was extremely chocolateyyy.
And we walked home from Gurney! Along the way, we crossed crazy trafficked roads, met friends (no, not mine), scrutinised the different type of Bengsxz, jumped along the sidewalks as we avoided Cow Dung, screamed at crazy motorists, had our fair share of laughter, and stupid threesome things.

Aunt M. called and said she needed help at the restaurant that night so Ves & I went down. It was all right, though stepping into the kitchen for less than a minute = you stink of all sorts of food.

We headed back to shower then left for Red Box (their version of K box) where we screamed at the top of our lungs to silly/funky/crazy/emo/rock songs. Ves & I joined the crazy squeezing foam spraying crowd at the ground level between 2345-2353 and 0010-0020.
But the real countdown took place in the BIGBOX we were placed in, where we drowned ourselves with Chivas+coke and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNT VIAN!!! (aka Godma :D) and I LOVE YOU!!! hugs, kisses and party poppers. We had sinful chocolatey chocolate fudge green tea cake from Secret Receipe, Muruku, and Fruit platters and I couldn't stop eating. Pa kept going, "Come Cia, cheers! And finish everything okay?" for at least 4 continuous times and before I knew it, I was drinking water like a thirsty deer to dilute the alcohol rushing through my blood.

Little Jesper and Shan were breakdancing/dancing/acting as hosts throughout the night and with Syl and I laughing and screaming to songs like, next thing i knew she was all over me screaming YEAH! and We're going down down in an earlier round, sugar we're going down swinging! and (yeah you get the idea) gasping for breath and screaming cos it was soo noisy and we thought our mikes were spoilt but I think someone switched it off.

The drinking didn't stop and people got wasted. (Actually only one dude) and then I fell asleep and Ves woke me up with, "Jie, I'm having a headache!"

The semi drunk Uncle sent us home and we walked into the house, frightened by Aunt M's "Why are you all so late?"
But we fell asleep after a bit of talking and Ves woke up with a Hangover! Haha.

Christmas called for a visit to Queensbay Mall! (It's reaaallly similar to our vivocity which is freezing cold and is only about 2/3 levels high but HUGE as has almost everything)

-okay, hi omg. the freakiest thing just happened. my keyboard went haywire and i thougt my laptop has died but anyhow, I'm back!-

We lunched at TGIFRIDAYS where the food took longer to come than the time we took to eat it. Then the Aunt, the MaidS, and the two baby girls split with me and the two boys. Shan threw a tantrum halfway so Ves and I walked on our own with him trailing behind. But there were occasions we secretly sneaked out the shop without him noticing and waiting for him to find us in some other shop. Okay, come to think of it, it was quite mean.

When we left for home, Sarah cried and went, "I don't wanna go home" continuously for 14minutes.
Then Ming-Y --> the new friend I made this trip! came over.
And while waiting for Ma to come pick me up, I webcammed with Kiddo with Sherilyn beside me. That lovely baby was imitating Candice's every move!
Dined at E&O Hotel (apparently the most expensive one in town) where we had BUFFET! And I ate til I wanted to throw up but the food was like #$#^^&^%@ goood.
And there was this balloon sculpturer there, who was reeaallly skilled. Everyone was admiring his skills and his artwork. So in the end, we got him to do a Load Runner (!!! So cool) for Sarah and a snail for Sherilyn. (The photos are with my Uncle and I've no idea how to get them ): )

We left for Momo after dinner, which was just across the road.
We had some exclusive treatment cos Aunt Julie's ex-worker is some big shot there now, but the music sucked. ): We were whining and whining about it and the DJ said he'd slowly change it. And he took an hr + to switch House Music to R&B, and he played R&B for like half an hour , then switched back to Trance. Omg, I wanted to die. I was so bored, I self volunteered to be a photographer with Ying for company. But Irene came later so I got even more bored. Besides, I was being a "bitch" in Shawn's words, who refused to talk to him. --> another long story but it's complicating so I'll give it a miss.

I was toooooo full/bloated from dinner that I didn't drink much either, as compared to the night before. We sang Happy Birthday to Ma again, but I didn't eat the cake this time.
We left around 3+ again, then Supper but I was too full for anything. And I remember being so tired I was falling asleep while everyone was eating.

Oh! Shawn has this friend called Maxx. Maxx has this car which is a land rover. But Maxx converted it to a two seater and had the entire backseats converted into speakers and those stereo stuff that it booms/pounds/vibrates like mad. And sitting in there can really give you a headache the first time, but you'd get used to it anyway. It's cool, but a little too bengsxz.

Anyhow, we detoured to Gurney drive by the sea and sat down, enjoyed the sea breeze, shared our heartfelt emotions and had close to heart conversations about the past year til I was falling asleep with the soothing wind blowing in my face!

___________________________________

On Tues, I caught a midnight movie- Casino Royale, which before, we went arcading and ate at some Taiwan Food Restaurant that has set meals that fill you up til you can burp pearls from your bubble tea. I think I spent the afternoon spying on the things in Shawn's laptop with Ves. We got caught but he didn't get mad. (thanfully)

I went down to the restaurant to help again on Wed morning before shopping at Prangin where all the guys + Ming-Y joined us. And the boys were our slaves and the girls shopped.

We had yummy oh-so-spicy but super shiok tomyam for dinner. We wanted to go Baskin Robbins for Supper but it was already 12+ so it was closed and we settled for McDonald's for icecream/sundae. And it was the first time I saw 20 nuggets wiped out so quickly.

Thursday called for an early breakfast where we walked for Curry Mee (omg so yummy!) and only Ves and I went to shop while the other two aSses had to accompany Jesper.
And Ves had a noise bleed. And I had the yummiest mushroom sausages and fried jackfruits (cempedak?)!

We got tickets to Night at The Museum midnight movie where almost the whole family went! The queue for food/drinks before the movie was insanely long and we forgot orders along the way. Ves & I shared Popcorn but it was totally wiped out even before we were halfway through the show. It was hilarious, but the storyline was a tad bit too simple.

I watched two movies there, and twice, there's always this Script-writer of the movie sitting behind me, narrating to whoever he's with what's gonna happen next. So frustrating!
Then we talked a little before sleeping (This happens every night, actually)

____________________________________

In the end, we didn't go Botanical Gardens cos neither of us can wake up despite the couple's countless attempts to wake the 3 logs. We pissed the shit of out S cos Ming-Y came all the way from her place (not very near) and he came back from Maxx's specially at 5am.

Did some last min shopping but I barely got anything, then had dinner at Mama's one last time, and hit the airport with my three asSes, speed raced for one last time til we overshot Ming-Y's.
And then we were caught at some random traffic light, and suddenly, fireworks exploded right in front of us! It was really sudden, shocking, but pretty, surprising, and was a pleasant goodbye.
My flight was at 21:10, but I checked in only at 20:20. And I was so scared they won't let me check in! Cos by right, you must do so within an hour.

Boarding gates close 10 mins before departure time, so I waited til it was 850 before I went in. And M says, "Penang airport is so small. Even if it's the last gate, it's still near."
HAHAHA. We bought overpriced M&Ms and other junk accumulating to almost 40RM and the boys finished it within 3 minutes.
Slacked around, took photos, gave everyone one last fat hug and left. ):

**

The plane back was surprisingly empty, so I got to switch to a window seat when plane doors closed.
I watched another silent movie of Monster House til I returned.

Didn't manage to retrieve every message sent to me while I was away, but thanks for the Christmas wishes, and random messages, even if I didn't get it in the end.
But it was really coincidental how while waiting for my luggage, Brother B. called! =D

Oh yeah, Aunt J. took my favouritest-est-est glitter shorts ):
Now Ago won't complain that he doesn't like it everytime I wear it, cos I won't get to anymore. ): It's really my favourite pair!! ):

_____________________________

I think my trip was somewhat enriching, cos I grew much more independent and embraceds solitude even more, and am proud to say I flew alone. But I'm definitely not as brave to eat alone yet. Maybe that can be a NY resolution, though I don't quite believe in them. Resolutions are just something we say to make ourselves feel better, or say for the sake of saying cos it's a new beginning? How many of us do keep to it anyway?

But anyhow, I'm glad I managed to meet up with everyone before I left, even if it was for one short minute. Don't know when I'll be back again, and when I'll get to see Shawn again, especially when he's fooling around in UK. Tsk!

And now I can finally add on to the list of things I did as an 18 year old: FLYING ALONE(:

(Finally! This long post is done!)

Postscript: And I forgot about Czhekaie! It's a word, that come out of S's mouth in fit of anger. And we decided that it can replace words like, damn, f***, sh*t, jackass, stupid...
It's just an expression! Heh heh.

A very long (in both ways) overdued post :

On the Saturday of my departure (231206),

I woke up at early 9 in the morning, to screams of my mom that I've yet to pack. So I lazily dug out some fbts and shirts and shorts and jeans and threw them into my luggage, then left for breakfast at Yakun's with CRABBY. [photo #1]

Then L retardly forgot he was supposed to meet me, and it rained, and since Nick stays near, I went down to pass him the stack of Christmas cards. And that's the sleepy, I-just-woke-up Nick for you. [photo #2]

And then I walked home from Nick's and continued packing, and waited for Mr. J to finally call me after manymany hours. I think it was already 3 plus and I had to leave home at 4.

So I left home again to meet Julie with my mom screaming again that I have to leave soon and I told her to give me half an hour. Passed J his card, shirt from Nick and BTT book (you better pass!) [photo #3]

Then I had to rush down to F's to pass her her Christmas card before I left. The weather was seriously playing a joke on me, cos it kept raining, stopping, drizzling, pouring, stopping and yeah. While waiting for the bus, a familiar Golden Hair Monkey stepped out of a car infront of me! I still remember, he was going Candycane shopping. [photo #4]

So I met F and passed her her oh-so-special card, gave her one last hug and felt like I'd never see her again (And I haven't seen her in ages anyway) and rushed home. [photo #5]

If I didn't remember wrongly, I ran all the way back from the bus stop.
And these are the lucky 5 people I met on the day of my departure! Wheee!

**

Mom & Sis sent me off to the airport, and I had DURIANPUFFS from Polar before Checking In. I was idling cos I didn't want to be alone but when I finally went in, the TV was flashing GATES CLOSING in red in front of me and I was like, OMG SHIT. And all 3 of us thought my gate was the nearest, but hell no, it was the furthest! ): I still made it in time though, sent my goodbye, I-love-you messages to my loves and boarded my BOEING 777-200.

Haha, and I felt really stupid for a few times cos I reacted really silly-ish and bimboticly.
The funniest I remember is when the officer handed me my Immigration card, asking if I had it:
"Do I need it?"
Then he took it back.
And I stretched my hand to take it.
"Do you have it?"
"Uh, I don't think soo?"

And he hands me the card.

Okay maybe it isn't really very funny but I felt really stupid.

I didn't check in early enough for a window seat, so I got a corridor seat, but I sat next to a really friendly grown woman who was also flying alone.

Since the flight was just a short one, SIA didn't provide earphones so I watched about an hour of silent movie - Little Ms Sunshine. But there were (olden) Chinese Subtitles which I tried verryy hard reading.
_______________________________

I waited extremely long for my baggage (only one bag lor) and exited to my cousin's spastic face. Instead of a warm greeting like, *hug* "HELLO! I MISSED YOU!", my cousin went "Who told you I was coming back Sunday morning????" --> Okay, another long story. I mixed up my cousin's arrival back from KL so I told my Mom who told my AuntS that he was coming back on Sunday morning though he was supposed to pick me up and they had to get another Uncle to pick me up. And apparently, both AuntS called to scream at him for being irresponsible and blah blah but he was already on his way back from KL. So yeah, comm breakdown; my bad!

Yay, it felt reaaalllyyy good to be back there. Haha.
I love the rush of sitting in the car as S accelerates til 140 and whoozes pass every car. Winding in and out the roads, between the cars, jambreaking and my screaming and him laughing at me and having people race us but us beating them anyhow.

________________________________

I've come up with my own philosogy (because it isn't a philosophy) on why people like Holidays.
Don't you think Holidays are just those temporary escape from reality, where you abandon all your burdens and leave for a different land, where you feel different about yourself and the people around you. It's like, a different world with different worries/troubles, or maybe even none at all. If given a choice, we'd want to be at our Holiday location always, because compared to where we are now, it is definitely less tiring, stressful, worrying, and more genuinely happy.

Especially for me, I love Penang so much because I live an entirely different world there. It doesn't bother me that I am travelling to a place that is just an hour away from Singapore and no time difference exists, and things there are roughly the same (except Penang has better food and is less developed) but somehow, I feel a part of me belongs there.

I have another Phil in Penang. Not that I'm saying I'm a different person there, but I have another life of my own there- my own social circle, my own activities, my own hangout, my personal favourites.
Besides my terrible dialect that I can't speak in b(ut am not short of comprehending), there isn't really much of a language barrier since Penang, in my opinion, is more Chinese populated.

I love every bit of Penang- from the Food, to the things to do, to the places, and most importantly, the People. Yes, it's the company that matters in everything you do and it's the company that makes the most boring thing of staying in a room without tv the most fun thing in the world. Or even the least enjoyable job of smelling like all sorts of Nonya food the most enriching times of your lives.

I will post another long retarded entry about Penang another time. There's so much cock to talk I'm too lazy to continue so I'm saving it as a draft.

Medium S, Small S, Medium P.

#1: Day 1 (I think I should say Night 1) with Syl in the roooom!
#2: Sexy Shawn.

#3: Ma's second birthday cake on Christmas day.
#4/5: Momo.
#6: Taiwan foood! (But you don't see the food)

**

So anyhoo, we didn't go PESTA in the end. It was too crowded and parking was troublesome, so we left for some Baskin' Robbins lovin' and 4 of us ate 87RM worth of ice cream(:

Then we had Lor Mee for dinner at 10. I think that's supper already though.

And we're going botanical gardens at 530 later. Omg, madness. Haha.

3 people in the room.

3 laptops/computers turned on.

3 on MSN.

3 simple rules: No talking, All to communicate via Msn, and I don't know what's the third.

But so funny. Hahahahaha.

Okay, sorry sorry if any of you say, "I MESSAGED YOU LEH!!"

and I didn't reply.

Tomorrow, I will immediately switch on my phone when I touchdown and receive all the love I missed out on okay? (: YAY!

Coming back at 2235 tomorrow! Or should I say today?

bittersweet.

Dear diary,
Today is already Friday!
I am leaving this awkwardly familiar town tomorrow.

Just like how this bitter sweet emotion was running through me before I left,
the same bitter sweet feeling tingles at the thought of having to leave these sheltering walls (omg like pl sch song)
When I left, the thought of travelling alone didn't sound fun at all.
And now that I'm going home, there's so many things to do, and so much that I've missed out on there, I need so much more time to catch up with each and every one, especially those I've failed to meet even before I left.

And more importantly, I need to find myself a bloody job.
Which I think, I shall start finding with my sister! Since Y already got herself a job at GAP.

Anyhow, I just realised that every trip back, I make a new friend.
And right now, I'm using the new friend's laptop. (:
She's an absolute sweetie and we're from the same school! But different nation, yeah.

So in short, my past few days have been nothing short of tiring.
Cos of the late nights and early mornings.
Also, my aunts have decided to set themselves on a mission to get me fat,
and I think they're succeeding.
Because we eat more than 5 meals a day. From breakfast, to lunch, to the in between meals, to dinner and supper and extra meals here and there.

Penang is like such a food haven! (heaven?) and I'm lovin' the food here.
Haha, but yeah I get so lost in the food, I even forget my own name. (No la, I'm kidding)

I haven't been shopping much, especially for my friends.
Cos my aunts aren't free to take me out. ):
I've been working at the restaurant (FREEE LABOURRR) to kill time since they're all busy and Big S was being a bastard the first few days but now things are better. (:

My favourite joke is:
M: "Goodnight Cherry Tart."
S: "I'd rather be a retard."
M: "Goodnight then, strawberRY-TARD"

It's so intelligent! (:

Anyway, we bowled and arcaded our afternoon away today, and ate fruit ice under the trees with some monkeys and bees.
Right now, all 4 of us are in the same room, with 4 different techy savvy products. 2 laptops, 1 desktop and Shan's oh-so-cool PSP. Hahaha.
BOYS. (rolls eyes)

We're going Pesta later! It's some kinda funfair thing. I think. HAHAHA.

Postscript: Guess what! I only watched Casino Royale on Tuesday. Omg, so slow. But I never had the intention to watch it anyway.
Postpostscript: Night at the museum last night! It was funny but disappointing. (:

bloody hell

screw 3g.
so much for HIGHER TECHNOLOGY.
bloody hell.
it can't even receive messages in malaysia.
i should have brought my old number! ):

my phone now reads: emergency calls only.

#$*&()**%#!@$%^%&^

I have a malaysian line though.
but it's running low on its bloody credit and i don't even know it's number.

btw, Big S. You're a bloody disappointment.

On a more serious note, my arrival called for a mini family gathering at Coffee Bean. Besides a fugly green fly flying into my White Chocolate Dream, we witnessed an accident. Gosh. I don't know if that signifies something bad about this trip but I'd rather not think too much about it. :\

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JIEJIE! (:

I'm going to bed.
See you in Penang, blog.

One more thing before I go..

"There's so much more than empty conversations filled with empty words."
