So that was picture post of Aussie,

figured it'd be better if I posted a separate entry on the trip! :D

Before Aussie, here's how Christmas went:

We had team bbq steamboat on 23rd dec where the theme was "Different persona":

We had lady gaga, jason mraz, powerpuff girls, popeye and olive, bella swan, amywinehouse, william hung, ...

Was complete fun and M-E-S-S.

We also had gift exchanges(: Where I got buddy brig's starbucks bottle! :D

We ate from lunch til dinner then I left for PRAWNING! (: (: Favourite activity with my favourite people! We had 3 rods (compared to 2 last time) and caught much much less. :( Business was poor.

My giftor was Chong(: As I suspected! Hehehe. I got an orange laptop sleeve which "exceeded budget" (: Very nice. My giftee Wenlong didn't come :( We prawned and ate til 5ish despite Wayne's whining and protest to leave early.

By the time I got back to hall and showered, it was already 6am and I could barely sleep and I went for training at 9am like a walking zombie. :(

Lunched and packed and headed home, then dinner at a family friend's place of S and midnight mass. Concussed and met Yanns and Mal for brunch on Christmas day(:

Then S and I caught SherlockHolmes with his parents and got conned! We parked at this place that cost $2/entry and an additional $20 for parking after 1030. We debated before we entered and thought the surcharge was if you entered after 1030 so we parked there anyhow.

Left the carkpark at 1040pm a grand total of $22 was deducted from the cashcard.

So the entire movie costs $10 x 4 + $1 booking fee + $22 parking. Gasp.

Had BCM @ thomson where the NUSBFF cycled out to meet us for a catchup(: Whee.

Then prawning with awpapa, kin & their gfs. (:

S caught his first prawn and it was hugeeeeeeeee.

We were on a roll that night, caught too many (more than 50, lost count along the way) and they were huge. (:

Contrary to that night I went with Trojan.

Went back to school the next morning specially for capts ball then packed and left for home after camera shopping with Gdine. (:

Final training on Monday before we left for Aussie, by the time we settled our training gear and souvenirs it was already 3pm! :(

Then it started raining and I couldn't leave for home.

Met S much later that night, we went to amk with the intention of having yummy bryani but it was closed by then. So I settled for shihlin chicken and he, Chicken rice. Not forgetting.. KOIII :D :D The money changer was also closed by the time we got there so we headed to xiao3 in4 du4 instead to get more aussie dollahs. Slightly scary with the crowd plus I was alone for a while. :(

Then headed home to continue packing for the longawaited trippp! :D

Oh, we also celebrated Mommy's bday and Christmas on 19dec at our favourite SoupRestaurant!

After the usual training/team lunch today, we headed to a secret Sausage warehouse where they had a huge variety of hotdogs/ bread/ cheese, and cheap Florida fruit juice/yoghurt (&drinks)/ ice cream. We bought a box of 6 Fruit bars to share, costing each of us 1$ only and it was so super yummy. We tasted strawberry chunks and everything tasted so pure and natural. Hahahahahaha.

Made us 5 happy girls on a super hot day. =)

Accompanied JL to the IndonEmbassy where I had to sit and wait due to inappropriate dresscode. No slippers/shorts/berms allowed. MUST wear covered shoes and bottoms longer than your kneeees. Took a long, hot walk down to Wheelock to check out the pretty Tigers but they aren't there anymore. :( Then we joined the crazy crowd at Mango and bought the same thing. HEEHEE. DON'T WEAR TOGETHER PLEASE. We made up for lost time/conversation the past 4 months (it passed so fast, it doesn't feel like it!) and ended up with dry throats. (: We then had dessert after dessert and more (window) shopping (:

But I'm old and my legs cannot support my weight (ok Al, you win. I'm Phil the Fatty/Patty; whichever works. Heh) so we kept sitting down and retracing our steps for the past 20 years of life. Got slightly carried away so the dear girl was late for her dinner date but we had fun (:

9AUGUST, Jieling! You'll be back real soon(: And I know the semester is gonna be exciting *winkwink. Poor Angie is gonna miss out! :D

It's Not Always Rainbows and Butterflies.

Recess Week;Met my Mrsdarcy alot to slackshopeattalk and just be around each other.

Had an extremely wet Saturday where we played in the rain and took breaks when the rain stopped. Headed down to Th.omson to look for D dearest (If you see this, are you ok!!!!???)

and had an unintended stayover at H.ave8. =\

Church on Sunday where I had my motherfingkillercramps so I spent the entire Sunday in bed and missed the gathering at Syl's place =(

CP meeting on Monday, almost everything is done now except a few minor changes and little things to confirm with extenal companies. Really really looking forward to camp, though it is going to be super tiring on us. =) Dear Mrsdarcy was 45mins too late, and the next thing we knew, we were running across overhead bridges, running after buses so as to not be late for S' game. (which they lost and it was pretty wasted)

Woke up earlyearly on Tues for Manufacturing meeting. And everybody was L-A-T-E! >=(

But here's what happened:

P: "G can you wake me up at 8 tomorrow please! It's so late already and I'm scared I'd oversleep."

(The next morning)

P: "Good morning! I'm awake!"

G: "Wah seems you woke earlier than me."

G: "I just showered. I think I will leave my house at about 830 :)" --> I remember the smiley.

P: "Aren't you gonna be SOOOOOOO late? My dad's sending me there"

G: "Wah shit."

It was really quite funny. =)

Had Kui.shimbo buffet for lunch with S and caught He's just not that into you as recommended by Yanns but we didn't like it! :(

Rushed off for training cos it ended later than expected. Good thing the Bff was around the area too (: And training was, wet wet wet once again. Hate the sun, but also hate the rain around evening times.

McD. for supper cos I skipped dinner. Hrmmmm.

It was a really ordinary day for a special one, it felt just like any other normal day which shouldn't have been the case. =( Was a tad bit disappointed, and sad. But... oh well. It just says alot.

Wednesday; Bao meetup was cancelled due to last min pangsehs and mia cases. Vivoed for lunch and got Boost juice(: Yay, yay. Headed back to school only to find out training is cancelled =( so we KFCed for lunch and caught Slumdog.

Studied more with Penguin dearest on Thursday and left for home at night.

(Supposed to) study more with Mrsdarcy on Friday but we got distracted in Town and started retail therapying. =) And and and, I had my Starbucks fix(:

Met the boysss (Ahgong and fellow #8!) who bullied us over dinner; They brought us for Jap food at some kickass restaurant whose menu is entirely in Japanese and they refused to help us. Headed to B.arstop (nice place(: ) after that though! For drinks and to catch up. And we revisited The Blue Hole, which btw, looks different?

Saturday was disappointing. The sun was scorching hot, and I felt more lethargic than I normally did. Probably cos I didn't sleep well =( And we lost the only game I wanted to win so badly. Oh wellllll. Had 100+ at the coffeeshop with Syl and felt a little like Uncles who have beers and peanuts. Missed lunch cos I just didn't have the appetite.

Was asked over for a birthday celebration which was pretty cute(: 

Slept with a fulltummy and woke up feeling really sick on Sunday :( Cabbed to Tan.jong together with the rest of the team and allowed ourselves to get burnt. Felt this year's S&S wasn't as fun as last year's tooo. =( It poured as expected (just as we were leaving so we still got soaked anyway) and had awesome tomyam noodles for dinner and slept from 7 til 1030pm. OMG :|

So now, back to school.

Hate it as usual, but at least it keeps you going.

Caught Indiana Jones at Vivo while attempting to shop during the Gss! Argh but no, didn't get anything. Mistook a mouthguard for retainers (Thought my Nantuki ? Nectar drink corroded my 500$$$ plastic mouth piece) and ended up spoiling the 25$$ mouthguard. Heh.

Yesterday,

Balestiered for BKT :D and Udder-ed for Ice Cream after the friendly without Team, but with Ahgong and Fellow Eight. Udder's alcoholic ice cream is, as it suggests, PREMIUM man! :D

I am currently craving for: the cookies from The Cookie Room (? Is it? I can't remember the name of the shop) at Esplanade, and durianssssssssssssssssssss.
But must wait for some people to recover from their sorethroat/flu/cough/whatnot first. =(

So here's how I spent my day in the end:

Kway chap brunch, collection of Goodie Bag stuff, Harry Pottered for an hour while rolling around the cold floor, forced myself to sleep while soaked in fits of cold sweat, "so fucking miserable", chicken mushroom pie + warm soya bean milk.

Day 1:

6 in the morningggcoach ride partner accomodation for the next 3 days!
in the van to...here! (decided against uploading photos of the food cos it wasn't really THAAAT nice afterall)

Decided to visit Ripley's Museum (we spent damn long in there man) the wonder mirrors,
the shadow capturing thingy

our heads were spinning crazy.

We caught Hitman after the visit to the museum (omg I was too tired I slept throughout the movie),

and we had supper. The guys went casino ing but Gdine and I walked around in a futile attempt to shop.

Day 2:

And we headed down to the THEME PARK after breakfast!! the ride in the background is the most fun! haha

we sat this stupid ride a million times to capture a perfect photo so that we can buy it but still couldn't get a satisfying one. All thanks to Wayne, you suck! Hahaha

Anyhows, we spent the ENTIRE day in the theme park, it got damn effing cold/windy/misty towards evening, we were freezing even with sweaters. I remember W giving me his windbreaker so I was in 3 layers yet I was still trembling and shaking. Anyhow, we sat the superman roller coaster twice consecutively (refer to first picture of Theme Park), omg it was so cold but soooo fun =D

Then they still went to the casino, ditching me cos I'm underaged/don't look chaolao enough to pass off as legal, HAHAA. I watched Teevee til I slept. Omg so pathetic.

Day 3:

OMG I HAVE TIME TO BLOG!

I refuse to go down to the polling booth, cos they've conveniently pangseh-ed and I've training in 17 minutes, I shall not care.

Back to last week, met HUGS darling for lunch, and convinced her into skipping lecture so she came over to 1305 (: But silly girl left her bottle here.

Didn't get to sleep on the second consecutive Thursday cos we went down to TV Lounge after training to join the rest at the Alcohol party. But by then, we were just talking and gulping green tea.

Friday, we went to support Wenlong in Hey Gorgeous, and I was totally embarrassed, but never mind. (:
Went shopping(: Got a bag from Topman, so gay. Bumped into ding!
Fell asleep during Cell. Went home, and received a call a few minutes after I slept.

So I drove out and down to Novena. (Near) EMPTY ROADS AT LATE NIGHTS ARE THE BEST!
Drove down to Fort Canning (used the same route thrice in a day, gosh!) then went for Prata and Thomson. Reached home at 5am, oh gawd, I could walk with my eyes closed.

Met ding for productive shopping. (:
Met Y to go for Shai's engagement dinner. (We all misunderstood it for wedding, the real wedding will only be two years later!)
Then bishan for bedsheet shopping(: Eli and I are excited about our next identical bedsheets- monkey and giraffes! (Read: Her fav, my fav! And we both have a monkey/giraffe in the room)

I'm too lazy to think about what I've been up too, I'm just typing what I can think of right now...........

So anyhow, yesterday was a bad day. And I missed the dinner with Trojan. (please insert a million sulks)
Today was better(: Though I was extremely sleepy, I kept falling asleep; even in French tutorial (I think the tutor hates me anyhow)

MID TERMS ON: 13 sept, 17sept (3 papers, omg), 29Oct. SCREWED.

My brain moves too fast for my fingers they can't type chronologically.
Oh gawd, I'm so screwed.

Last Sunday, for Ding's pre- 18th birthday:

Meant to surprise her, but I ended up being late, and she got mad with her innocent friend,
ran over to meet her but she walked out towards where I was coming so we bumped into each other in the end. What a surprise =((

Had ichiban at Esplanade, my #1 Jap restaurant okay.Had to come back, rush to pack my stuff, then went down to surprise her at 12. Dropped by Kiddo's before that. Ahh, yay! See the cap so nicee! Haha.Yesterday:More photos with F.

Chalet at 40B Biggins Hill bungalow from Monday! We spent time playing bridge cos the newbies were addicted, and SPONGEBOB MONOPOLY TOOOOOOOO.
We walked to Changi V for Nasi Lemak, where we bumped into a couple of people. Fancy meeting people even at such Ulu areas!

While we were snacking in the middle of the night, we spotted an ant trail so we decided to follow it, which actually led us to a HUGE COLONY OF ANTS. It was hair raising, we were screaming and getting goosebumps.

Had a taopok session before we went to sleep and it was damn funny, too bad, no photos :(
Seef and I woke up early early at 730 to order Mac breakfast, because obviously neither of them would have! Food came earlier than expected so we crawled out of bed earlyearly to eat.

But right now, the lack of sleep, pain in my knees, cheesy confessions, drums playing in the background, plus smell of rain, is enough for me to drift away. Good or bad, I don't know.
Don't like being in the eye of a hurricane, I'd rather have the vision of Cyclops.
